Re: Compelling Pictures
First time I saw this I thought, "so it's motlen metal, so what?".
Reading the 56p pdf from Dimitri K on the Bali Bombing (1/2 of which talks about nuclear explosions, mini-nukes etc), opened my eyes somewhat.
So this molten metal was taken from inside the WTC craters. So inside those craters, long after the collapse of the towers, it was hot enough to melt metal.
That doesn't sound like an airline fuel fire, nor from some sort of friction-induced reaction. Nor, according to the maths, does it seem to have been able to be caused by a 'mini-nuke' (1kilo-ton or less).
So what was it that caused the metal underneath the towers to be so hot that it is still molten long after the towers had collapsed?

Re: Compelling Pictures
Five months after the attacks, in February 2002, firefighter Joe O'Toole sees a steel beam being lofted from deep underground at the Ground Zero, which, he says, "was dripping from the molten steel." (Knight Ridder, 5/29/2002)
"Underground fires raged for months. O'Toole remembers in February seeing a crane lift a steel beam vertically from deep within the catacombs of Ground Zero. "It was dripping from the molten steel," he said."

I'm not sure if thermite burns for so long.

More compelling pictures.
Hi to everyone.
I would like to post one more compelling picture from the "ground zero". Try to guess what it could be?

Please, make sure to carefully read also this contemporary article:

Just read it and try to contrast information acquired from it, against the picture above and against yet another compelling picture below:

And then, probably, you could have the whole compelling picture of events on Manhattan's "ground zero".
